History was covered when students looked at how the first platypus was taken back to England and declared a fraud and how the platypus baffled Scientists for many years.

Features of both the platypus and the echidna were debated and how certain aspects of their body parts were necessary for the survival of the animal. 

As an Art project students made an echidna with plenty of nasty spines to compliment it.
