Feverfew

Feverfew looks a little like Chamomile and may help to prevent headaches, however the effects of this herb may not be noticed for several weeks and can vary between people. The herb may also be helpful for those who have allergies or asthma. A tea made from the whole plant is said to be useful for the treatment of colds, arthritis and fevers. Like chamomile it is said to be relaxing to the body.


The Chamomile flower looks similar and is grown in many home gardens. It is a lovely smelling plant and can be used as chamomile tea and for medicinal purposes.
