Nepal lies along the
glorious slopes of the Himalayan mountain range between India and the
Tibet Autonomous Region of China. Most of its terrain is mountainous and
Mount Everest (also known as Sagarmatha in Nepal), is on Nepal's northern
border.
Kathmandu, the capital
city, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur are interesting places to visit. Nepali is
the official language but English is largely used.
