This means you may not download, print or copy our resources with the intention to share them with other educators/teachers. You are only permitted to download, print and copy our printable resources for your own individual use with the students you teach and within the boundaries of your license. You may not publish or distribute our printable resources to any location where it would make our resource accessible to others.

Every printable resource you download will contain our copyright notice in the footer along with details about who it is licensed to (your name) and what type of license (e.g. home use only, classroom use maximum 30 students, etc.). You are not permitted to edit our printable resources with the intention to remove the copyright and license notice in the footer of this material.

Schools and other training organisations may not purchase a single teacher subscription plan with intention to use this plan for multiple trainers and/or classroom environments. If a school or training organisation is interested in obtaining an organisation-wide license to use our material, please contact us and we will be happy to negotiate a suitable subscription plan.

Likewise, home educators may not share our printable resources outside their home learning environment.

In any case, this software is now well outside the warranty period that was provided with the product at the time. We are a small family run online business and do not have the resourcing for telephone support at present. The contact form is the most efficient way to get in touch with us and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. However, please do allow up to 2 business days for a response, as we can get quite busy.

The contact form does provide you the option to supply your telephone number. If you provide us your number and specifically ask that we call you to address your concern, one of our company reps will certainly do so.

All our printable resources are PDFs. Make sure you have Adobe® Acrobat Reader or another similar PDF reader software application installed on your computer device and that it is up to date. Sometimes these issues can also be resolved by uninstalling the software and reinstalling the latest version.

You may make minor edits to our printable resources to suit very specific classroom and/or training requirements as long as the overall structure and intention of the resource remains intact and comparable to the original work. IMPORTANTLY, you may NOT remove or edit the copyright notice and license details in the footer region of our printable resources.

In addition, you are not permitted to copy parts of our printable resources into other work without our prior written consent.

After trying to sign in, if you keep landing on a page with the sign-in box and an "Authentication failed" message, follow these steps:

• enter the email address you registered your account with
• complete the captcha
• click the Forgot Password link.
• a message will display telling you that your login details have been emailed to you.
• check your email for your new password
• click the Activate Now link in that email to activate the new password
• once logged in, you can change your password at any time by clicking on your name in the top-right of the page and then select: Profile
