We no longer support any software produced or distributed by Teaching Treasures Publications in the past. In any case, this software is now well outside the warranty period that was provided with the product at the time. Most printable content found in various historic products previously distributed by Teaching Treasures Publications can still be found in our new printable resources section of our newly modernised website.

We are a small family run online business and do not have the resourcing for telephone support at present. The contact form is the most efficient way to get in touch with us and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. However, please do allow up to 2 business days for a response, as we can get quite busy.

The contact form does provide you the option to supply your telephone number. If you provide us your number and specifically ask that we call you to address your concern, one of our company reps will certainly do so.

Please contact us detailing the subject matter you'd like produced as one or more printable resources and we'll certainly look at what can be developed either for your exclusive use (a charge will apply) or published in our printable resources area for everyone's benefit.

All our printable resources are PDFs. Make sure you have Adobe® Acrobat Reader or another similar PDF reader software application installed on your computer device and that it is up to date. Sometimes these issues can also be resolved by uninstalling the software and reinstalling the latest version.

You may make minor edits to our printable resources to suit very specific classroom and/or training requirements as long as the overall structure and intention of the resource remains intact and comparable to the original work. IMPORTANTLY, you may NOT remove or edit the copyright notice in the footer region of our printable resources, and the modified resource should still be declared as having been obtained from Teaching Treasures Publications for copyright purposes.
